Bank and NBFC operations run on deadlines
We build agents that meet them, with your team in control.
Why we started Verdex
Every bank and NBFC runs two businesses: the one customers see, and the back office that keeps it right. Disputes, reconciliations, KYC re-checks, AML alerts, loan closures and bureau corrections each come with an RBI clock and a customer waiting. They're worked by skilled people moving between portals and spreadsheets. As lending grows, these queues grow with it, and hiring can't keep up with month-end spikes and new rules.
We started Verdex to give operations teams agents that do the legwork inside the systems they already run, show every step, and leave every decision with the people accountable for it.
What we believe
Your team decides
Agents prepare the case. A named person at your bank or NBFC makes the call.
Show the work
Every fact is cited to the screen it came from, and every step can be replayed.
Prove it first
No agent goes live until it passes a test built from your own closed cases.
Respect the clock
An RBI deadline is a promise to a customer. We build every agent around it.
Fix the cause
When the same error keeps coming back, we fix the process, not just the case.
Your data stays yours
Agents run inside your environment and see only what a case needs.
From one queue to the whole back office
We start with the queues that carry RBI clocks: payment disputes, reconciliations, KYC, AML alerts, loan closures and bureau corrections. Our goal is an agent for every operations queue in Indian banking, each one tested on the lender's own cases before it goes live.

Work with us as a design partner
We're working with a small group of banks and NBFCs to shape our first agents. If your operations team races RBI's clocks, we'd like to hear from you.
